1. People who enter the clean room should take off their coats in the outer dressing room and remove watches, mobile phones, accessories and other items.
2. Enter the inner dressing room and wear clean clean clothes, hats, masks and gloves.
3. After opening the stainless steel air shower door and entering the air shower room, the air shower door will automatically close the outer door immediately, infrared (sound control / human body heat) induction, the air shower will automatically start, blowing for 15 seconds (factory set). Note: The two stainless steel doors of the air shower room cannot be opened at the same time when the shower is blown. Forcible opening will damage the electronic lock. The two doors of the air shower room are controlled by electronic interlocking.
4. After blowing in the air shower room, open the door and enter the clean room.
4. Management of the air shower room:
1. The air shower room is managed by the person in charge, and the primary filter material is regularly replaced every quarter.
2. Replace the high-efficiency filter (with partitions) in the air shower room every 2 years.
3. The indoor and outdoor doors of the air shower should be opened and closed gently.
4. During use, please do not touch the switch at will, and adjust the intelligent voice prompt system.
5. In the event of a failure in the air shower, the emergency stop switch should be turned off in time and reported to the maintenance personnel for repair. Under normal circumstances, the manual button is not allowed to be activated.

1 Purpose: The sterilization method of the barrier system for items that are not resistant to high temperature and high pressure sterilization.

3 Operating procedures:
1. Use 0.5% peroxyacetic acid or 5% iodophor to wipe the items to be delivered.
2. Open the outer door of the transfer window, quickly place the items to be transferred, disinfect the transfer window with 0.5% peracetic acid spray, and close the outer door of the transfer window.
